j209 wrapped!
2024 IS ALMOST OVER!!! We can’t believe it. So much has happened, and we want to make sure we reflect with all of you, because honestly, you are the people who made this year possible.
Starting with Dec. 2023, J209 filmed and released our first music video, and soon after, we released our first song, Priceless! And all that hard work paid off, because BY FAR, Priceless is our most streamed song- reaching 18 countries across the world, and 16,936 streams!
Of course, Priceless, wasn’t the only song we released- J209 released a total of NINETEEN SONGS in 2024. All combined, J209’s total number of streams was 70,000 streams across Spotify and Apple Music!
As wonderful as those numbers are, we were more excited about the impact J209 had in the hearts of the people we performed for! This year, we had the incredible blessing to perform over 40 times for over 9.5K children of God.
These performances gave the Spirit the opportunity to touch the hearts of many- and we were shocked when teens, young kids, adults in their elderly years, and middle-aged youth leaders would come up to us and express the change of heart they would have during our performance. Many would say they felt God’s presence and love. Others would say they didn’t believe in God until they listened to our music. But one thing was always the same: they came away with a stronger faith in Jesus Christ.
And for us, that was all that mattered.
Of course, so many more things happened this year- WAY too much for us to compile into one email (unless you’d like a book in email format lol), but thankfully, Hailey (our soprano) has compiled some of the best moments in our blogs, so if you want more J209 adventures from 2024, we’ve got you covered.
