Our Mission
J209 is an award-winning powerhouse vocal band of vibrant young adults on a mission to unite all believers through faith in Jesus Christ. As vocalists who belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, we build bridges between our faith and other Christian believers. Recognizing the divisions, misunderstandings, and even pain that can arise from differing beliefs, J209 seeks to shift the focus to what matters most—the transformative and healing power in Jesus Christ. Through energetic performances of popular contemporary Christian songs, J209 ignites the spirit, inspiring the rising generation to embrace faith, love, and unity. Our sound isn’t just heard—it’s felt—creating an unshakable bond among all believers through worship, truth, and a shared devotion to Christ.

Each member of J209 has felt the love of Jesus Christ in their life and is passionate about sharing it with every open heart. While the world grows increasingly darker, they believe—with the help of God—music can make a difference. J209 came together with the hope of inspiring a community of Christ’s followers who will join them in igniting a faith like fire wherever they may be.
